Shipping by registered mail:
within 21 business days ( depending on the post)
The website or the Kisim Company is not responsible for a delay in the delivery of a product for reasons that are not under its control: force majeure, strikes, slowdowns and technical glitches of the Israel Post, and if the Customer does not collect the Products within 7 days after receiving the summons to come to a branch of the post office.
Request for delivery by courier: should be made in advance before product is shipped.
Price of delivery varies depending on the destination.
Returns and Exchanges of Kisim bags:
You can exchange or return full-priced items purchased on the website within 30 days of receiving the items. Items from SALE or Outlet categories can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them.
*For a refund, the company will charge a credit card fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
*Custom-made or personalized orders can’t be exchanged or returned.
